This policy applies to skcreations.in and to every product, app, channel, and service published by SK Creations — including those already released (Stalker Portal IPTV, U fly Quiet Adapter, flightBuddy) and any released in the future.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on skcreations.in and within our products — text, graphics, logos, icons, layouts, source code, app and channel software, 3D models, and documentation — is © SK Creations. All rights reserved. Nothing on this site or in our products may be copied, redistributed, sold, sublicensed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted below.
Free Downloads (e.g. U fly Quiet Adapter STL)
Some products are offered as free downloads — for example, the U fly Quiet Adapter STL file. Unless a specific download states otherwise, free downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only:
- You may download, 3D-print, and use the file for your own personal projects.
- You may not resell the file, the printed part, or any derivative of it.
- You may not redistribute, re-host, or re-upload the file to another site, marketplace, or repository.
- You may not use the file or design for commercial production without our prior written permission.

Software & Apps (e.g. Stalker Portal IPTV, flightBuddy)
Our Roku channels, mobile apps, and their source code are proprietary and not open source unless explicitly stated. Installing and using a published app or channel through its official store listing (Roku, App Store, Google Play) does not grant any right to copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or repackage the software.
Trademarks
"SK Creations" and the names of our individual products (including "Stalker Portal IPTV," "U fly Quiet Adapter," and "flightBuddy") are used as brand names for our services. Use of these names to imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, SK Creations without our permission is not allowed.
Third-Party Content
Some elements of our site and products — fonts, open-source libraries, stock assets, or referenced third-party data (e.g. aeronautical data sources) — are owned by their respective rightsholders and used under their own licenses. Those items remain the property of their owners and are not covered by the ownership statement above.
Reporting a Copyright Concern
If you believe content on skcreations.in or in one of our products infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@skcreations.in including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The specific URL or product location of the material in question.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We'll review each notice and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the material in question. This is a good-faith internal process, not a filing under a registered copyright agent.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time, including to cover new products as they are released. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
