The snap-fit geometry isolates motor resonance from the airframe. High-frequency harmonics are absorbed at the adapter — not transmitted into the body where they amplify.
No supports required. Flat bed orientation. Optimised topology for FDM. Slice it, set it, and your printer does the rest in under 2 hours on a standard 0.4mm nozzle.
Full thrust efficiency maintained. No aerodynamic penalty. The adapter sits below the prop plane — out of airflow — so your flight performance stays exactly as tuned.

Use PETG, not PLA. The slight flex in PETG gives better vibration absorption than rigid PLA. TPU is too soft — it deflects under prop wash and causes runout. ABS warps without an enclosure and compromises the fit geometry.
